On the week long retreat, you will have a full daily programme of activities to choose from ranging from lifestyle workshops, creative sessions and cookery demonstrations to refreshing morning yoga, exercise taster sessions and guided walks, designed to be as peaceful or invigorating as you choose.

Whatsmore, our 70 acre Estate grounds and surrounding area, provide you with the spaces to gently increase movement. Our skilled and compassionate Exercise Coaches will collaborate with you to discover forms of movement that you enjoy and can apply at home.
