Heidi Lerner Rearden BA (Hons), Dip BSoM
Heidi Rearden is a seasoned mindfulness and meditation teacher with over two decades of experience guiding individuals toward greater calm, clarity and resilience. Specialising in stress management, she supports clients in cultivating inner stillness and restoring balance, both within themselves and in their surroundings. Heidi brings a unique sensitivity to the energy of people and places, helping to create environments that feel nurturing, grounded and aligned. Drawing on advanced training in subtle energy practices and holistic design principles, her approach supports deep personal and environmental transformation.
Leading the Environment Root for Metabolic Health at Combe Grove, Heidi focuses on the relationship between wellbeing and the spaces we inhabit. This role deepens her work by exploring how our surroundings directly affect physical, mental and emotional health. She is also a Forest Bathing practitioner, passionate about the restorative power of walking mindfully in nature. Sharing the benefits of reconnecting with the natural world is a deeply meaningful part of her practice, encouraging presence, calm and renewed vitality.
Heidi enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking the family dog a spritely cockerpoo (sometimes feeling the dog is walking her) and staying active through running, cycling and gym sessions. A former triathlete, she carries the spirit of movement and adventure into all areas of life.
