For those who have already attended one of our programmes or Health Reset Day, we provide a comprehensive support package which includes three 50 minute one to one nutritional consultations, delivered monthly over a three month period. The third session is supported by blood tests to review your metabolic markers including blood lipids, HbA1c and blood pressure, allowing Clients to measure and track their progress.
