Bethan Jennings
Bethan possesses a deep rooted passion for human physiology, movement, and the provision of care. She pursued a degree in dance, studying in both the UK and Amsterdam, and subsequently enjoyed a successful career as a professional dancer and international aerialist for over 12 years. During this time, she collaborated with prestigious companies such as Cirque du Soleil in Valencia, Spain, participated in wing walking with Aero Super Batics and performed internationally with The Dream Engine shows.
Bethan is acutely aware of the impact that repetitive stress and physical fatigue can exert on the body. To mitigate these effects, she has incorporated regular massage therapy into her life as a preventative measure against injury and to support overall wellbeing.
Following her retirement from performance, Bethan furthered her education by studying various massage techniques. She obtained an Advanced Thai Yoga Massage diploma from the London School of Massage in 2007, a Sports Massage diploma from Cardiff University in 2008, and completed training in Advanced Deep Tissue Massage at the Bristol School of Massage in 2023. Additionally, she holds multiple professional certificates in hot stone therapy, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic massage.
Bethan has extensive experience working with professional mountain bikers and road cyclists in the foothills of Mulhacen, as well as providing massage therapy to guests at five star spas and hotels. Her compassionate and holistic approach to massage therapy integrates her therapeutic expertise with the body’s inherent healing capabilities, resulting in a distinctive and soothing treatment experience. Bethan is dedicated to collaborating with her clients to achieve their individual goals, whether that involves recovery from acute or chronic pain, rehabilitation from sports related injuries, or addressing postural imbalances. Furthermore, she employs massage techniques to assist individuals in reducing stress and anxiety.
