Sunday Yoga – Yoga and Sound Meditation Workshop

This is a unique and precious opportunity for you to get closer to yourself, experiencing the body and the soul. The yoga and gong workshop allows you to experience a sense of connection and peace as the body opens with stretches and flowing through yoga asanas (poses) while the sacred sound of the gongs clear blockages and restore the free flow of vital energy throughout your body.

The sound of the Gongs can induce a spontaneous meditative state and it offers you to access the parts of your mind that are usually closed, resulting in a sense of expanded awareness and higher consciousness. It helps to stop the constant “chatter” of our minds.

Yoga will deliver you a sense of physical and psychological strength. It gives you the tools to open up your body, stretching it, letting the energy flow and experiencing the magic of a controlled breath you can cleanse, relax and reinvigorate your system. You will feel brand new! We promise!
