Total Body Workout

This is a fun, group workout where you can build and maintain overall fitness. Our instructors combine cardiovascular, conditioning and stretching exercises to work your whole body, helping you burn calories and lose weight.

A warm-up is followed by an aerobics session of toning exercises with weights and core-conditioning mat work. Our class ends with stretches that work the whole body.

This class will suit you if…

…you’re new to fitness. You get to work at your own pace and build your confidence so eventually you can design your own fitness regime.
