This unique dance-fitness programme is great fun. You won’t even realise you’re getting fit.

FitSteps® came to life in 2013 thanks to Strictly Come Dancing. During the show’s arduous training sessions, two of the UK’s most famous ballroom dancers and Britain’s most successful swimmer collaborated to develop a very different fitness experience.

Natalie Lowe, Ian Waite and Mark Foster have designed a programme that combines the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up-tempo steps of Latin dances. The result is an entertaining, energetic and effective way to stay fit and keep trim.
