Circuits are a great way to add variety to your workout routine and allows you to exercise efficiently in a short amount of time.
Starting at a particular station, you exercise for anything from 30 seconds to 2 minutes per station. Your instructor times each workout and then, when your time is up, you move onto another free station for a different exercise.
