Boxercise

Be inspired by the training concepts that keep boxers physically fit. Exercises include shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. At no point will you be expected to physically hit an opponent; this is simply a fun, challenging and safe workout.

Our Boxercise classes are great for men and women of all ages and fitness standards. They’re particularly good for burning fat, building strength and improving overall fitness levels.
