New Les Mills Workouts

On Saturday 13th January 2018, the new Les Mills workouts are launching at Combe Grove. Get a taste of the classes on offer and start the new year with fun workout. Barry will be introducing a new class for everyone to try – Fitball, a core strengthening class designed to improve range of motion, strength, stability co-ordination and balance. Fitball provides an excellent workout which will result in a stronger core, improved posture and better body alignment.

Each of the new workouts will feature in a launch class (timetable below) and members can invite one guest along to join the class with them.

9am – 9.30am – GRIT
9.40am – 10.25am – BODYATTACK
10.30am – 11.15am – BODYBALANCE
11.30am – 12.15pm – BODYPUMP
12.30pm-1.30pm – FITBALL

Once you finished your workout, why not head over to the manor house for a nourishing bite to eat? You’ll find gorgeous salads, homemade soups, hearty pies and much more on our deli-style lunch table. We have a selection of organic cakes, with dairy and gluten free options too.
