Something happens when a group of like-minded individuals gather together in a beautiful location to share the practice of yoga. For those few days you can leave your normal day to day schedule and demands behind, practice yoga, eat well and allow yourself space to slow down and stop doing.

Yoga is inherently therapeutic and the benefits of practicing are extensive. Yoga for Mind- Body wellbeing tweaks what we know about the benefits of yoga to help it become more effective in relation to the stresses created by our modern lifestyles.

The Retreat

This 3 night retreat aims to help you press the restart button, put a spring in your step and return to the hustle and bustle of everyday life with renewed energy and optimism. Our twice daily yoga practices will focus on bringing balance to a stressed and overactive nervous system to help restore all the systems of the body, promote deep relaxation and encourage the natural renewal processes.

Energising morning sessions integrate mindful movement, therapeutic yoga interventions, simple breath practices and guided relaxation to help release tension, improve flexibility, boost energy, and build resilience. These practices help build awareness of and connection to perhaps the most intelligent thing we have at our disposal – the intelligence housed within our own body.

Evening sessions will delve into the contemplative practices of mindfulness, connective tissue self bodywork, restorative yoga and guided relaxation to access our natural dimmer switch to rest and restore.

There will be plenty time to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Combe Grove. Relax in the grounds or by the pool, have a swim or explore some of the 64 acre estate. Finish your day in this peaceful place admiring the huge expanse of night sky above.

Yoga:

Thursday : Welcome class 5.30 pm – 6.30 pm

Friday & Saturday morning class 9.30 am – 11.30 am

Friday & Saturday evening Class 5.30.00 – 6.30 pm

Sunday morning class : 8.00 – 9.30 am,

Meals:

Breakfast 8 -9 am Friday- Saturday, 10 -11am Sunday

Lunch 12.30 pm

Dinner 7.30 pm
