Fitness

We support your fitness and well being at Combe Grove.

We have an integrated approach to our fitness training across the whole club which enables us to support each of our members’ fitness needs fully.

This approach includes each member being offered a personal consultation to discuss their individual fitness goals, exercise and training preferences, and any injuries that might need managing.

This consultation means we can develop a tailored fitness programme which may include personal training sessions, physiotherapy or group coaching.
