Walk for Wellness

We’re excited to introduce Walk for Wellness, one of our fantastic new outdoor classes!

Walking in nature is one of the easiest ways to get the exercise you need to feel well within yourself. It can do wonders to your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. This class lasts up to 45 minutes and takes you through the beautiful grounds of Combe Grove with the focus on being present and noticing the world around us.
