Outdoor Yoga

Combe Grove is taking you to embrace the great outdoors deepening into the benefits of your yoga practice. Laura will embark you in a journey connecting with nature and the universe. Expect to recreate the shape of a tree or a stretching cat while exploring the graceful wingspan of a bird, weaving our breath and movement to evoke a sense of harmony, timelessness, and connection.

Meet Laura in reception at 6:15pm and she will take you up to a beautiful quiet spot in the grounds for some outside yoga.
