Health benefits of spending time in nature

A new study has found there is significant health benefits to spending time in nature. Research by M. White et al, published in the scientific journal Nature, discovered that diverse natural environments which have an abundance of biodiversity provide the most valuable benefit to our health.

Here at Combe Grove we are working towards supporting and enriching the biodiversity of the land. We allow wildflowers and wild plants to grow that provide habitat and food for insects and birds, so creating a thriving and diverse ecosystem. This will not only benefit the wildlife but provide an environment in which we can positively nurture our health and well-being.
