To help get all you ski bunnies mountain ready this winter, we’ve put together a bespoke training programme – SKI FIT. SKI FIT is a 45 minute weekly body conditioning class that has a specific focus on the major muscles that are used when skiing, to get you ready for the slopes.
After very successful results for participants last year, sessions will again be lead by Personal Trainer Louise, who uses her knowledge of strength and conditioning training, along with skiing experience, to plan the weekly sessions. Louise’s motivational and personal approach will see you working hard but having fun, and definitely reaping the rewards on your skiing holidays.
The classes are open to anyone who would like to develop strength in your legs and core – even if you don’t have any ski trips planned.
SKI FIT sessions are delivered in a six week block for the best results. A block of six sessions costs £60 for members and £90 for non members, please book via Club Reception on 01225 838674.
