Roasted cauliflower, hazelnut and Bath quinoa with White Lake hard goat’s cheese, soft herb and charred peach salad and a caraway and buttermilk dressing £12.50

Smoked aubergine curry, redolent with the spices of India: turmeric, chilli, cumin, coriander, cumin and ginger, served with nigella seed and coriander basmati rice £13.50

Organic lamb from Coombe Farm, Somerset, with new season’s peas, courgettes and broad beans, mint yoghurt and redcurrant jelly £23.50
