A fun and friendly class that combines cardiovascular, conditioning and stretching exercises to work the whole body.

It starts with a warm up, followed by an aerobics session toning exercises with weights, and core conditioning mat work, then ends with stretches that work the whole body. For the best results that work for you, we encourage you to work at your own pace.
