Circuits is a fast-paced & a fun, action-packed, multi station group exercise class that helps put variety back into your workouts. Participants begin at a particular station and exercises for 30 seconds to 2 minutes per station. The instructor times each workout station and when time’s up, gym goers then moves onto another free station to exercise. Circuits are a great way to breakup your gym workout routine and can help you exercise more efficiently in a short amount of time.
