How we support your fitness and wellbeing at Combe Grove

In 2016 we will be launching an integrated and joined up approach to our fitness training across the whole club.

This will enable us to support each of our members’ fitness needs more fully.

This personalised approach will include each member being offered an individual consultation to discuss their personal fitness goals, exercise/training preferences and any injuries that might need managing.

This consultation will be used as a starting point to help us work with each member to develop a tailored fitness programme which may include personal training sessions, physiotherapy or group coaching.

We will also be running a series of workshops throughout the year covering topics such as lower back pain, knee injury recovery and marathon training to enable our members to gain from the wealth of knowledge and experience within our wider fitness team.
