How we support your fitness and wellbeing at Combe Grove

We haveg an integrated and joined up approach to our fitness training across the whole club which enables us to support each of our members’ fitness needs fully.

This personalised approach includes each member being offered an individual consultation to discuss their personal fitness goals, exercise/training preferences and any injuries that might need managing.

This consultation is a starting point to help us to develop a tailored fitness programme which may include personal training sessions, physiotherapy or group coaching.
