Starters:

Pressed ham hock & parsley, piccalilli, sourdough

Cauliflower veloute, Dublin bay prawn, granny smith, crème fraiche

Crispy confit goose leg, pancetta, plum puree, pickled sprout tops

Mains: 

Wiltshire bronze turkey, chestnut & cranberry stuffing, pigs in blankets, bread sauce, gravy, duck fat roasties & seasonal vegetables

Shropshire blue cheese, fig & walnut roast, onion gravy, bread sauce, roasties & seasonal vegetables

Hake, curried & sticky parsnips, bhaji, pickled sultanas

Desserts:

Clove panna cotta, bramley apple, cinnamon crumble, blackberry, toffee

Dark chocolate mousse, mandarin, pistachio, malted milk
