Kitchen team

Current positions available:

We are looking for an experienced  Sous Chef and Chef de Partie to help develop the new food offering here at Combe Grove. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone who is interested in developing and specialising in a holistic, organic and natural approach.

We are also looking for a Kitchen Assistant, who will maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen to the highest standard by following the appropriate procedures each day. We are looking for a flexible and willing person who will assist the Head Chef in the preparation of meals if required. This role involves use of initiative, energy and foresight to see where your help is required next.

Food & beverage team

We have full & part time vacancies within our food & beverage team. These job roles would suit motivated people who love to work as part of a dynamic team, with excellent attention to detail.

Experience is preferred but not essential and we have both full and part time roles available, with the flexibility to work around a rota. Contact for details.


Housekeeping team

We have 40 beautiful bedrooms to look after at Combe Grove and are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated Room Attendants with great attention to detail, high standards and the ability to help out colleagues and work as a team.

Experience in a similar position is beneficial, but not essential, we can provide all the necessary training. There are various shifts available to those with flexibility to work around a shift rota. Contact for details.


Club team

Our fitness club is a social & health hub for our members, as well as being open to hotel guests. We are seeking a dynamic club receptionist to join the team to make sure all of these visitors love the experience they have here and come back time and again.

Experience in a similar customer service role is beneficial but not essential as we can provide all the necessary training.

Reception & Reservations

Front of House Manager – full time

We are looking for a person with significant knowledge and experience in hospitality management with a track record of delivering the highest levels of individual service in both Reception and Reservations, coupled with a keen sense of developing and maximising revenue opportunities. A sound understanding of revenue management would be a distinct advantage.

Working as part of the new team of managers this role is key in establishing an excellent, responsive Front of House service for the whole organisation which will support the Charity in achieving it’s purpose. We are looking for a highly-organised team player who has the energy and creativity to meet this new challenge and turn it into the opportunity to make a difference.
